small update of whats been happening
brake light was flickering one night 50mile trip, i presumed fluid was low, got in it the next day and the brake pedal hit the floor no fluid at all,
found the leak cylinder
had a spare cylinder and shoes with the car, bonus!
during bleeding
then the minis lastest issue, been loosing water slowly
so instead of finding the leak i desided to upgrade everything
ally rad,
silicone hoses
6 blade fan (fitted to minis shipped to Australia so should keep mine cool)
and wetter water coolant
all of that should be on and looking lovely next week,
the mini will be coming to PVS not the corsa unfortunately

well as said i did it for the euros, it only cost £20 and it looks better than gay window flags, intended to rip it off when its over but its growing on me,
finaly getting sorted with my back payment of student finance so when its resolved the mini will probably be put on coilovers, given a RARB, 4 pot metro turbo brakes, front cage, 13" wheels (7j or 8j not sure yet) with A048s hope fully,
then as part of my final year dissertation im looking at building a 1310cc turbo A series engine can see 130bhp out of these with a relatively simply,
but i also like the idea of a 1380 N/A with either 7 or 8 port cross flowed head twin webbers ect

minis are ace, my life has been between them and corsa b's. Yeah i agree v tec mins are kinda pants! i had a 1293 mini with high comp pistons, fancy cam kit, stage 3 head and twin 1 1/4 carbs and it was rapid off theline due to the twin carbs. topped out at 110 like.
