Bought "conversion" shafts off eBay for my c20xe

Both inner and outer joints are 32 spline which IIRC is from
A Corsa 1.4 sport.

Do just outers need to be 22 spline?

I'm using f20 gearbox with hubs from a 1.6 corsa sport.

are 32 spline joint ok for inner driveshafts?

Cv joints you need are cav mk2 inners inside splines need to be 22 outer 34 part number -pj16

Everyone has told me I need 22 outers mate, or have you said it wrong way around?

Ah do you mean ACTUAL shafts are 22 but CV JOINTS need to be 34?

Shafts are 22 mate and Cv joint that goes in box is 34

Mate you need gsi or sport shafts that are 22 splines and then the pj16 Cv joint that's set up I'm running on my 2.0

I have bought new shafts to replace mine, but the JOINTS are 34 splines at the end so was confused

How can I tell if the actual shafts are 22 spline though, as joints and boots etc are already fitted

I didn't get anything from eBay, shafts come compleltly with joints already attached

Inner CV joint should be 34 spline to fit an f20
Outer CV joint should be whatever the standard corsa spline is
To make this work they will have used GSI/TD 22 spline shafts (splines on the shaft are 22 at each end)

Joints are 34 spline both ends.

I don't know what the shafts come off, and I can't count splines on actual shafts as bots and joints are already fitted to them

Well I has assumed when people say they use 22 spline shafts they meant the joints were 22 spline, but now form what yourself and Tom have said I was wrong.

Both inner and outer joints are 34 spline
the actual shaft is 22 spline

What you want -

Outer CV joint - 22
Inner CV joint - 34

Sounds like you have a bigblock shaft not a conversion one
