Ive had a few people ask me how I was getting on with my car so I thought Id put a thread up.

This is my smoke grey corsa sport 1.4 16v. I bought it as a standard sport with irmscher softstars.

Externally i have lowered it on Fk coilovers, fitted a badboy bonnet, fitted gsi side skirts in black, Team Heko wind deflectors, Tigra scuttle, Pressed plates, 2.0 litre brakes, de bump stripped the sides.

Engine wise i have fitted a K&N cone filter, a 4-2-1 exhaust manifold, removed the centre box and have a sports backbox.

Inside the back is stripped out atm and the standard front seats remain with vectra b chrome door handles and heater vents.

Just a bit of an update for my plans this weekend to get done before PPC.

Ive just got some silver corsasport.co.uk stickers for the rear quarter windows that need sticking on. Cheers craig-dodd!!
Ive got to respray the black on my rear bumper as it has started to peel and looks shite.
Also it has had a very slow coolant leak, i think its from the thermostat housing and has been getting slowly worse so about time i looked at that
Maybe some new spark plugs as i did the oil last month but never got round to doing the plugs.
Then it just needs its yearly wash

Hopefully the suns out so i can get it all done

Hi all, just a bit of an update. Over the weekend i have resprayed the black on my rear bumper, cracked on with prepping the GSI bumper and have put my corsasport.co.uk stickers in my rear quater windows. Pictures are below:
Rear bumper before:

Spraying the rear bumper:

Sanding and primering the GSI bumper although the primer shows it still needs a bit more sanding:

My grey stickers in the rear quater windows:

Right just a bit of an update of what ive been up to today. Got the head off and found that the piston top and valves in cylinder 4 where clean which confirmed that the head gasket had failed allowing coolent into the cylinder. However i also have a oily/watery substance in my throttle body? Hope this is related to the head gasket? Everything else seems to be good but only time will tell. . . . .

So as it stands tonight the head is on the desk and the block is still in the car, hopefully itll be back together and running beautifully tomorrow. . . . HOPEFULLY!
