my driving was fine, police followed me for a while, only reason they pulled me over was cos they thought it was weird I was going into a carpark at 3.00am

What was the circumstance of the theft And how over the limit where you, was it your first offence? I think the days of 12 month bans are gone. Your probably looking at 18 months, around 300-400 quid fine for the DD. Not sure about the theft.

Dont even have to be over the limit either, still have alcohol in your system and are driving.

I havnt, i think Drink drivers are scum, and the punishment for it is too light as people seem to keep doing it. Doyle fucked up, he was selfish to get behind the wheel and deserves whatever the court gives him
