Hello,

Its time for someone to take hold of this region and inject more life into it, due to my commits for cs/wr/work/life I'm unable to put time into running this region. Those of you who have been about know that the region has been neglected and could do with someone with time and skills to get it running again.

As a regional organiser you will be expected to organise and attend monthly meets to cover our region (Postcodes: BN, BR, CM, CO, CR, CT, DA, E, EC, EN, HA, IG, KT, ME, N, NW, RH, RM, SE, SM, SS, SW, TN, TW, UB, W, WC, WD).

You will also be representing the club at meets so we expect you to be friendly, helpful and a bloody nice person to boot.

Full training/supervision will be given, so if you fancy taking on this role but unsure if you can do it don't worry yourself too much

Whos man enough to step up to the challenge?

Same, used to have some banging meets with good banter/food!

I'd step up but I'm struggling for time due to getting on with my studies again.

ok ill have a look into it. somewhere central to the group and of interest. would people be willing to travel though? i mean i live in more or less London ( where the Olympics are ) and your from Eastbourne, its quite a large area, i don't want to arrange something mid point if nobody is willing to travel?

Trick is to get a few good locations and stick to them.

NWNW have a short list of about 7 or 8 that we cycle around, some meets are busier than others but it ensures that travel is less of a worry.

Also - don't be too democratic, indecision will kill it.

I'll talk to you about it Sunday if you are about? Can go official if that all looks OK.

If you want any help deadliner i will gladly assist! only down the road and can think of a few good locations to hold various meets, first that springs to mind is the 'industrial' unit area behind and around crayford weights and fitness , and there are a few more around here and im sure if we branch out there could me more suitable and accessable locations for all south east members?

give me a shout if you want to go ahead i dont mind helping at all!

bluewater seems to be more of a stand in a car park meet rather than food + banter + cars.
