Milk.... Skimmed milk? Is it good or bad when losing weight? Very partial to a glass or two

Fajita wraps... Having whole meal wraps with chicken and mush seasoned with old el Paso spice packs - lovely but a tad dry? What can I add that's moist and healthy?

Real beef burgers - can I eat cans couple in brown buns? Occasionally obviously

Soup - loads of people lost weight on this, tinned or home made? If home made then how?

Any healthy recipes for chicken, eggs etc?

Skimmed tastes like water, and has had the cream taken out, so all is good. Replace it with water if you're worried.

Not bad, ram some fat free mayo in there.

Yes, but oven cook them after prodding, drains all the fat onto a plate then, rather than fry or grill

Soup - Healthy, but won't fill you up, good for a lunch or something to keep you going.

Sorry its vauge, taking a dump and just finished.

no probs all is appreciated... Just want to keep the food semi tasty.. Good tip on the burgers, they're fresh meat ones but I froze them..

Skimmed milk doesn't bother me, glass a day shouldn't hurt

Eat little and often. Try to keep mainly to high protein stuff like chicken, fish, lean meats etc. basically watch your carb intake. You should notice decent weight loss if you try n eat less than 50g of carbs a day.

With chicken I tend to bang a couple of breasts in the oven with things like garlic, onion, peppers or anything else you fancy. Wrap it all up in tin foil and stick it in for 30 mins at 200 degrees.

I mainly stick to eggs for breakfast. Usually scramble three eggs but only use 2 yolks. 1 is better but isn't too tasty. Get some whole meal pitta breads and bang em in the toaster. Cut em in half and fill em with scrambled egg like little pockets. Bit of brown sauce in there too and they are spot on. You could even cook some bacon in oven so it's crispy and stick that in too for extra flavour. Would only do that a couple of times a week tho.

I'm not a fan of tinned soup as there's quite a lot of carbs in things like Heinz tomato. Something like 20g per can. Plus you always end up having bread with it so that makes it worse. This is all assuming you are just dieting and not doing much cardio. If you are running or whatever then you can obviously be less strict.
One option is to make your own soup as it will be far better but doesn't taste too good in my experience. I'm a bit shit in the kitchen however.

i get asdas own soup. serves 2 it says but easily eat it on my own. has all the labels for salt content etc etc etc on it. pick ones that don't have the bits in red. i eat soup for dinner a couple of times a week. mostly chicken and wholemeal rice though with various cooking sauces. just pick healthy stuff, I've lost over 3 and a half stone now doing nothing amazing. still eat the odd take away and shite whenever i feel the need.

Cottage cheese is good for breakfasts as the protein content is very high. I can't stand cheese so never bother but if you like it then it's worth a look.

oh and as above about soup and bread. it takes a while to get used to eating it without bread/toast. if you are going to use bread, not white bread.

breakfast for me is either 1 slice of wholemeal seeded toast or a bowl of porridge. sort me out good. I'm not massive all out healthy eating, just in moderation.

porridge with a splash of syrup, or oddly peanut butter. toast and egg though, if you like that, get among it. good for you as a breakfast that I've just not really got the time in the mornings.

yeah but then the preparation and eating would make me late for work. i cut it fine, very fine every morning.

for lunch when I'm at work i just go to the baguette shop. get a roast chicken salad box, or a baguette (brown seeded one) with whatever filling i require. generally stay away from cheese though. and occasionally get baked potato for lunch. better than making bait and taking it, as it tastes better imho.

If the chicken wraps are dry you're cooking the chicken too much, it only takes ~10mins, as soon as it's white it's fine, don't overcook and SEASON IT
