My other halfs dad found this one
Local Merc dealer had it px'ed in: Two years ago the lady who owned it drove into something and broke the corner off the wing and being a very timid driver it scared the be-jesus out of her so she put it away in the garage and didnt drive it for two years! That was until last week when she decided to go to her local smart dealer and get a new one
It's a 40k mile 2004 UK spec Fortwo Passion and it cost a mere £1100.. Bargain.
Its now the interim car until I find an economical crossover for the right price (or it blows up).

What do they usually sell for?
£1100 is £1095 over priced for me

My dad drove one of these around the time they first came out and said it was jerky as fuck on gear changes, is that still the case? I'd imagine not as it wouldn't be comfortable at all to drive

The gear change on them is woeful. Start/stop is shite as well.
They're actually not that bad though for what they are.

up to 60mpg, tend to be better around town though which is strange and £30 tax so pretty much the same as my Megane.

You'd hope so as that's what the back window is for?
