I said to my wife we wouldnt be moving again after we bought out house nearly 2 years ago; but was bored browsing online and have come accross a new build I really like... Here it is; about 4 miles from where I live now; just love the open plan and bi-folding doors which look out over the view

Here it is Rightmove Link

If you like hearing your dishwasher while you're trying to watch television, sound.

Fair play it is lovely like.

Looks awesome, but then its at a price that i wouldn't expect nothing short of half decent for a 4 bed!

I love bi folding doors that open right up, and with the sun beating down on the back like that would be very nice!

you're minted get it sorted haha!

I've never thought of that to be honest; same with washing machine etc.... put there is a utility area so i guess it could go out there.

Kitchen is a noisy place when you want a quiet living room, mine has a door between but its still audible, that one would be worse. Anything noisy wants to be out of the way really.

At 44 dB you have to be a few meters from our dishwasher to hear it.

Having a combined kitchen and living area is fantastic, imo.

Not bad either, that's fairly swish for the money. Veranda is nice.

amazing location, nicely decorated and a big plot

love the fact it looks like a bungalow from the front, hate the fact it has gloss black worktops which will get dirty every day.

we have bi-folding doors but only 3 and a conservatory in between them and the garden. i can imagine with no one overlooking you, it would be amazing to open them right up in summer and have an amazing party/summers evening.

Worst "I can afford a £375k house" thread EVER!!!

Seriously lovely house that. Would love something like that.

Go for it if you can.

Only thing I don't like is that it looks far from impressive from the front but I could live with that tbh.

Looks nice the 1st one, very stylish and modern feeling.

Personally I couldnt face handing over the stamp duty ransom for a property that size!!!!

£11250 the actual fuck is stamp duty anyway!!?
