for anyone who is thinking of taking them so far im only onto day 6 and on the lower dosage but it deffinatly works (for me) thought id shear the effects with people who are interesed

days 1-2 no big effect till about mid day sarted feeling slightly sick after smoking

days 3-4 big change reduced smoking from around 20-30 a day down to about 6 (dont feel the need to uch to smoke and make you feel like crap) slight mood swings and feeling abit down

days 5 only had about 3 tabs all day making me feel realy sick and feel like shit and very low mooded at time

My mate had the same.

He only did a week or so as he couldnt put up with the side effects. Not smoked since though

ya they getting worse as i get through them the dossage gose up at day 8 thats when the main effects can start im still in the stage were you smoke while taking them and it really dose make ya feel like crap

its what you get told to do so you feel the effects causing and making you want to quit more if you understand they tell you to stop smoking compleatly between day 8 and 14 more so around day 10

started the upper dossage today 1mg twice a day.

so the 0.5mg effected me quick luckly as i have already started the 1mg it has hit me harder and just as fast effects after trying to smoke felt like i was going to vomit and got a really bad head ache

so far the champix have been very effective

Doesn't really make sense to me because logically if you stop the tablets then you won't feel that sickness anymore? I could achieve the same result by stabbing myself with a compass every time I lit a fag.
