Guy puts it in for MOT, some1 from the MOT station crashes it, garage owner (driver who crashed it apparently) then refuses to pay out. Its all on the 1st page if you would care to read it.

I'm afraid his garage would be getting burnt down if he didn't cooperate fully.

None of you would set fire to the place ffs
All he needs to do is contact VOSA and the police.
I'm sure the car shouldn't leave the mot station, and I'm sure the police would want to know why the accident wasn't reported.

I'm taking corrado to a garage that does it while i wait.
Its the hassle that comes with owning an exotic car i guess.

you can wait at any mot garage. they are supposed to by law provide a viewing area.

They road test to check the brakes dont they? If they dont have rollers or whatever in the garage.
Gutted for the PNG guy, hope he gets something sorted but it sounds like its going to be a right pain.

yeah they do, you dont have to get up to a lot of speed though, and they're tested via a g meter type thing. i think you only need to do 10-15mph.
edit, we test 4x4 stuff like that at my work in the yard. definitely dont neet a lot of speed. brake rollers themselves wont be going fast either.

Most of the time the outside brake test is just for 4wd cars if they don't have the two sets of rollers, also you can normally get up enough speed in the car park so it doesn't even need to go near the road
Edit: Didn't refresh the page
