went down my grandads garage yesterday as he sold his morris minor traveller (which he restored) and wanted to see it one last time.
also got a pic of his current daily (the camper) and a 43 year old humber and beetle.
gathering dust been here over 40 years.
all you can see of the beetle:
camper and mine together:
he's going to be cleaning the beetle up soon so will get some more pics of it.

Bloody awesome. How long did it take him to restore the Morris?
Sorry to ask a noob question, that Silver car? Volvo?
love the Camper & beetle too.

he's had the morris 4 years and done 9 miles in it in that time he finished restoring it last summer iirc.
the silver car is a 1969 humber. i'm unsure what it is tbh but it's very prestigious looking inside.
camper is very cool and worth quite a lot. unsure on the beetle. i'm 24 and that's the most i've ever seen of it since i've been alive

There's one of those morris cars over the road from me. Seen it around for years but have never known what it was.

Ah that's it Humber. Looks lovely. That also a project? What's your Grandfather's daily if he has one?
You need to get more involved Ben.

they just have a merc a class and a polo for daily cars but are currently being loaned out to other family members hence they are driving the camper around.
i would get more involved but i wouldn't want to mess anything up
the morris sounded lovely. proper old skool sound.

the place is huge. has an outside bit that can fit 2 cars, then another 4 cars inside. proper garage though so nothing fancy or clean
i could do things to my car in there but it's 15 miles away from my house (about 30 minutes drive each way).

Regardless of the vehicle, you can't beat talking to the old guys about cars and listening to how things were back in the day.

don't want to think of that tbh mate. he had a heart attack on christmas day last year, which is partly the reason he got rid of the morris.

I do believe so. I think one of them is used as a film set these days.
