Just watched 2 dogs maul a cat over my back.

Pretty grim remains are left right at the fence now and I want them removed before it starts to smell.

Will the council do this?

It's on council land where there's a water main running along the back of houses, not really accessible though as it's all overgrown with trees.

I was in my bed and it was over a 6ft fence so unless I threw myself over the fence in my undercrackers there wasn't much I could do.

Some proper cat fights round here - there's one regular with half his face ripped off, I think he's a stray.

who's dogs are they? is the cat someones pet or just a wild cat?

if it's someones pet, then the dogs should really be reported.

never know, could be a kid they maul one day.

Theyve developed a crave for raw meat and now theyre teaming up on cats to feed their urges. Itll be children next.
