Alright all
Started back at the gym again, but go at night / after work and sometimes I just dont have the energy!

What can I take before hand to give me the extra push you need when doing weights? Sometimes i'm full of energy, but most days I feel fucked.

Help please

eating healthy food is the only way. Pasta/wholemeal bread etc before your workout, nobody should be thinking about PWO supps without eating properly first

More rest and sleep the night before. A PWO supp will give you sleeping issues.

How will creatine give you energy pre-W/O?

I always found creatine stops some of the low sugar feeling.

Everybodys different at the end of the day.. If it works for you then go for it.

I like to supplement creatine when im nutrient depleted. So first thing in the morning and post W/O.

Creatine does work, fact. It's also a supplement that requires built up within your system over a period of time. It's not something that takes immediate effect.

Takes me at least 3 to 4 days to notice water saturation in my muscles.

What happens when (for what ever reason, work/family) you no longer have time to work out. Will you just become a flabby baggy skinned mess?

Serious question.

There will never be a time in my life now where i won't have time to do an hour of exercise a day.

But if you do stop and eat unhealthily again, i would resort back to looking probably worse than i did before.

i am saying it is a widely discussed topic and there is no doubt its a natural product produced in the body and in certain foods, however in the context its used in training its not 100% guaranteed to work no, different people it may work or give gains.

But then again i personally would steer clear of anyone recommending to use ephedrine as part of a stack for a pre workout without giving any warning about it or long term effects. You should be very careful what you tell people to take on here especially without giving warning about its effects and long term usage.

Everything in moderation when it comes to fucking about with tablets and stims etc..

If people fail due to thier own lack of research then thats there problem.

I'm only pointing the direction of the path, thier choice to walk it or not.

As for creatine. Within about 4 days i see a noticable difference in size and gains in strength. It does work, if supplemented correctly.

People who take it without somehow creating a spike in their insulin levels will be pissing it straight back out.

Hence taking it when you are depleted, spike insulin, ingest creatine and it will get shuttled through your blood into your muscle cells.
