Veccy estate floor pan. Most parts interchangeable. Pretty cheep with love or hate looks.
Get a 2.8v6 turbo 230-250bhp get generic £300-£400 remap and bingo 300 bhp and 400lbft. Monster innit.

Love the look of them, always have for some reason.
They are a lot of car for the money but I would be getting a 150 diesel if anything I think.

wouldn't really be after performance if im honest, something to use daily once iv convinced the ball and chain that the fiesta is a pile.
mite need it to pull a trailer though so thinking derv maybe
i like the pre 2005/06 shape from the front but the rears a bit ugly
would a budget of 2Kish get one maybe?
there seems to be a few used and abused ones cheap as chips

quite a lot of car for the money when i was looking at them.
Most seem to have higher spec interiors (elite) compared to the vectras.
As already stated i'd be looking at the 1.9cdti probs struggle with 2k budget though

aye, and 1.9cdti sounds good to me. only 4 seats arent they, not an issue

built on the same platform as the fiat croma, great cars for a massive car with only 4 seats , nice and easy to work on with prices of parts being shared with the vectra range, even the basic dti engined versions a nice driver, smooth and quiet due to the extra soundproofing etc added, more storage places than you have stuff lol

if i did my basic trailer test could i pull the corsa on a smallish trailer with a 1.9cdti?
and nahh jambo, think i prefer the pre facelift and imagine they'd be a tad cheaper

Ive been looking at these. 2k will get you one easy. And I cant see you needing to get a trailor test if the corsa is all stripped out

Your fine with a trailer aslong as complete train weight is no more than 3.5T

good cars. my dad has one 1.8 petrol and use it quite often to move things. put the back seats down and theres a lot of room in the back.
quite common problem on them is the back springs snapping through age. cost about £33 per spring and 15 mins job
