Cars always been in great condition but two parts let it down for me one was the alloys as is200 are notorious for corrosion so i had then sand blasted, acid dipped and powder coated. Secondly was stone chips on the front end so i took the plunge and order a TRD front splitter and had it painted and fitted along with front bumper and bonnet, really happy with how its come back

Cheers Andy, wheels are something you have to accept when buying one. Been by far the best car iv ever owned. Just about keeping it as mint as possible.

Always loved these, by far the best colour for them too. Yours does look spanking. Lip transforms the front end too. Without any sort of lip, the bumpers look weird and makes the car look dated.

How do you get pics like that?? Fancy camera??

Looks great, needs a sport grille to finish it off!
Need my alloys doing as they are looking worse for wear, with the corrosion and a bad paint job by the last owner!
Where did you get your wheels dipped?

Disagree Bonney, everyone goes for the sports grill, think in the red the front end looks better with standard grill. Think next year might be coilovers when i go with a company that allows mods. I got the alloys done at PXwheels in Blackpool bud.

I think if i remember rightly his dad worked in a bodyshop. Nice to hear its stil going strong.

Cheers stu, they're a fast depreciating car at the moment, but i do pride myself on it being in great condition, definitely a keeper.

I'm unsure weather to keep mine or not. Love the way it drives and doesn't give any trouble, just hate the running costs!

I dont find the running costs all that bad tbh, obviously uses more petrol then average but youd be hard pushed to find a car with this value as comfortable, safe and highly spec'd.
