Since I have been working under WG Motorworks officially for just over 16months now, I though as some people might be interested in what else we have been doing in that time...
A Few Corsa C Z18XE-Turbo Conversions
A Few Corsa C Z20LET Conversions
World First?! Corsa C Z19DTH WIP
Engine Rebuilds / Uprated
Steel Rods Into Astra VXR
Forge Internals Corsa VXR
Corsa 1.8T Forge Internals
High Spec Z18XE
C20LET Rebuild
Z20LET Forge Internal Rebuild
And the VXR's.....
Bringing an old Corsa B back to life after 7 years..
Total Vauxhall Feature Corsa
Total Vauxhall Feature Corsa
Own Total Vauxhall Feature Corsa
Not Just Vauxhalls...
Baffled sump + Oil Cooler Supercharged Teg
Clio Spring, Exhaust
M3 Ksports
Mini Supercharger Pulley swap
Mini Head / Cam change
Lupo Track Prep Build
Top End Tools Being used...
Alien Tech Kessv2 Mapping Tool, best on the market
GM Tech2 - Dealer Tool, Can do everything a dealer can, including software updates etc
BDM Pro - for bench flashing Diesel ECU's mainly
Wide band Lambda Sensor for checking AFR readings
And then all the M32 Gearboxs that have now been fixed! which averaging 1-2 gearbox repairs a week at the moment!

For an Idea on pricing of things, heres a few examples:
Corsa VXR PEC Forge Internals £1550 all in
Astra VXR Steel Rods £995 All In (forge pistons standard)
Astra VXR, GM Cambelt + Water Pump + Antifreeze £250
Astra / Corsa VXR Minor Service £70, Main From £185 inc spark plugs
M32 Repairs £395
Once the 1.9 Corsa C is complete I would also be interested in doing a Corsa VXR - Z20LEH Conversion, as I think I can do it

Very good work warren, you obviously know your stuff. I like how you have kept things small and do one car at a time (presume that's what you do?), going to a bigger area and over doing it could get risky.
What's the plan with donna's corsa?

Impressive stuff. Your works looks like factory finish. It's good to see its not only Vauxhalls you do.
