Who do you work for Jas? And who is the customer?
Just so I know to pre warn you not to tell them if I ever decide to do the same thing.

Would you rather they bomb around public roads at 150mph?

We have to monitor the vehicles and anything suspicious has to be reported. anything other than normal hire, unless given consent they aren't aloud to take the to the track
I'm hoping they appreciate it and offer me a GTR for the weekend.
Another company we have tracked had a new Lambo last week, first day it went out the customer totaled it, £125k if they want to repair it

Totally agree, 100MPH+ sends an automatic alert to the customer
to be honest the car will be taking more of a beating around a track for 3 hours than a top speed run

So you can't drive them on a track and you can't do over 100mph in them... Not really a lot of point in hiring them!

Good spot dave
Doesnt seem to be any terms and conditions of hire on their website so I'm sure they had to sign a big 'dont go on track' policy before they let you go

if the deposits are massive id imagine theyd have a hard job enforcing that, even if it says so in the terms, it would probably be argued out of court for being unfair or disproportionate
