being honest i will take sensible offers on it but pondering on the fact that iv aimed too high?
obviously its had belts all done, clutch the lot... but honest opinions welcome..

Honestly, yes.
We tried selling Laurens 1.25 Studio on the 55 with 33k on the clocks for £2800 in the summer, no takers. Yours hasn't even got wheeltrims!

did you have it at a 2800 buy it now or where you accepting offers?
im thinking ideally 1800 rock bottom lowest, hence me asking am 'i aiming too high?' timing belt/water pump/clutch... surly that must keep value up
i did a valuation check on autotrader a few weeks ago, they must of been smoking crack to say 2500 private sale

Just sold an black 5 door 07 plate 1.25 zetec with alloys, heated windscreen, CD, aircon etc for £2,000. All though it was Cat D only had 35k.

As said put a set of wheeltrims on it, take some better pictures, ideally the main picture should be a face on shot of the car.
Take a good few pictures of the interior, and under bonnet and boot.
Get the radio code sorted out should only cost you £10 and delete the bit about the air conditioning, thats something you can mention to any perspective buyers when they arrive to look at the car and you are trying to negotiate a deal.
price wise i think you are a little high, £1750 ono should get the ball rolling a bit better.
