Girlfriends Corsa

Not exact one but its same as this.

2001 - Y reg
1.2 SXi
93k
MOT until March
Tax around same time.
Really clean car.
Timing chain and head gasket done last year so doesn't rattle like most.

Any ideas?

not a great deal imo

cos its had all the work done could fetch about 700ish

They still seem to be fetching over £1k in good condition with under 100k.

I only know this as ive been looking for 1.

my dad just sold my brothers, exactly the same as that one (except it was a comfort and in silver) and got £925 for it, 96k, no tax, mot 'til feb.

off my rocker!!? iv just 2 days ago sold a y reg one for 400 but it was rough, would of got a few hundred more but id of been hanging on for a while. try get over 1k if you want though, good luck

Considering I sold an L reg diesel with moon miles on and rust for £300 I think £700 is a very low estimate.
That car would sell for £1200 all day long around here.

well i just sold this one (1.2 comfort) for £400 and i made a profit...

yes its rough as a nail, i admit that. yours is apparently clean, hence why i said around 700.

also, well over a year ago my mate got a spotless and very tidy 1800 sri on a 53 plate (facelift) with full mot and a bit tax for 1700

So one that is more difficult to insure and higher tax bracket.

My 02 plate was exactly the same as the one pictured. 100k with the hg done and timing chain. I got £1100. No history atall. So I think you'd be able to get 900-1000 to the right person.

I asked what it's worth Jed. Not what you've sold a scrapper one for. You seem like a Jeremy Kyle Gumtree selling kinda guy. Hence why the cars you have are rough as fuck.

I'd imagine what he means is the one with Halfords spec wheels has been ragged about a bit.. but the mint green one with fully standard everything with proof of Chain being done hasnt.

And I rolled my 02 plate SXI over and still sold that for 400 pound last year! So this is definatly worth more than 700

I sold my 04 1.4 Sri on 80k for a grand with no mot or tax in september, the guys put mot and tax on it and got it up at £1800 and it's still not sold.

One of my brother's bought a Y reg one with FSH recent belt change back in Nov last year for 1300 from a small dealer. I reckon 1000/1100 max
