hello people.

Im nick, 20 and from newton abbot in devon.

i have a corsa D SRi 1.6t

i dont know really where to start ive had the car since september 2010

heres the day i bought it. 08 plate with 11k one lady owner.

i wont bore you with all the nitty gritty stuff at the start but here my custom 2.75" turbo back exhaust
no silencers or cats.

a few months later it was at this standard:

blizzard FMIC
IPF software it ran 230bhp 266 ft/lb

i then made my first trip to the nurburgring, i did 4 laps and put in a time off 9:29s BTG
which i was pleased with!

the car started to go on a diet, ill let the pictures do the talking:

i then had a full engine rebuild

forged high comp pistons
steel conrods
ARP bolts
Uprated shells
Aircon taken out
uprated 225 fuel pump and adjustable 3 bar pressure regualtor

she ran 250bhp 322 ft/lb of torque

from the dyno graph it was clear i had turbo problems.

i replaced the k03 turbo with a STD one and also had the head skimmed and re conditioned with a 4 layer wrc spec metal head gasket.

the car is now maxing out the k03 at around 280bhp

the car now needed a better handling

this is probably the best £1400 ive spent.

KW race coilovers
Adjustable whiteline rarb one of the first on a D
chassis bracing on the front & rear.

I bit the bullet and had front and rear Polycarbonate windows with sliders and pop vents.
the first ever on a Corsa 2006>

this is how the car stands at the moment.

cage is being ordered in january after the inside has been prepped and painted!

my future plans:

k04 hybrid turbo
470cc injectors
wavetrac LSD
inlet & exhaust cams and valve stems
Polybushed i have 2 already just need the rest.

i should run 330/340 with this.

just bought some new wheels 17x8 rota grid drifts

thanks for taking the time to read

Nick
