Anyone got one/used one?
Seen that they aree plentiful on ebay for not a lot of ££. Dont fancy splashing out on an official Alpine one which is £100.
Seen these go for £12-25 and all look different.
Anyone recomend any sellers or models at all??
Im liking this one:

lol.
Parking sensors are being done, seeming as this is a £20 mod that will make use of my headunit and assist with seeing low objects I cannot see out the back then I thought it might be worth a laugh.
So taking it nobody has then? lol

To be perfectly fair, that reg number should read 'JAM 80' or '5 EXY' .

Check and see if the head unit will take CMOS type cameras, mines didn't and I had to use a ccd type one instead

Plus the camera doesn't look bad and very very cheap too, so possibly worth a punt Jam old bean.
That said, I won't be bothering for mine, as my present daily driver is an early '97 Laguna so I just tend to back into walls and high kerbs a fair bit.

I can't see jack shit below passenger head head height especially with the soft top. Low obstacles and distance judging are hard. The window is about 4ft from the end of the car is so annoying.
Cheers Craig that's helpful.

Looks rather big in those pictures.
Where will you put it without it looking massively out of place?

This was my first idea. The number plate bulb holder is removed and replaced with a camera that is left or right centric and an led on the other side.
