basically cunt of a neighbour has decided they want their drop drive making wider therefore outside our house there will only be space for 1 car not 2- when they have 1 car and already ample space on the drop drive to get in!- they are being cunts cause they dont like it when anyone parks a car in front of thier house

whats the legalities of this them doing this(can we/group of neighbours appeal or not?) as it will mean there will be 1 less parking space on our road, and it is already packed enough and busy enough as it is(and they will be taking away one more space for their already big enough drop drive to be made bigger!!!). i am doing a google fu now but thought id ask here as your knowledgeable enough folk, and im sure you deal with stuck up snobby prats on a daily basis !

I hate Bexleyheath- wait till my twin 48 2.0 snorting cortina is on the road this summer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Well drop kerb has to be approved by the council AFAIK. So if they approve it, then pointless appealing

You sound like a lovely neighbour and I bet it is some shitter you stick outside their window.

They probably do hate me because I've got a big driveway and they don't.

Just wait for them to go out and park across their drop curb.
its not ilegal to block someone out of their driveway but it is to block them in.

I like everything being fair. My drive and outside are for me and my guests. Your drive and outside your house are for you and your guests. If you have too many cars for your available space then don't make it my fucking problem, it's your problem, fuck off and park off the street somewhere.

Either this guy wants a dropped curb in front of his garden wall, or he already has a driveway which you're parking in front of because its not got a dropped curb?

Our car now has 5
Cars someday's outside and normally 4. Just for our house.

It's shit to park down our street. My main car is ONLY parked outside my house (will look after space with another car if I go out) rest is just parked anywhere as I've used "my" space so to speak

Another +1 here for people parking out the front of my house, and a special fuck you rageathon for the dicks that seem to think MY driveway spaces, which I paid for because I bought a bigger house, belong to them.

I am getting very angry as I get older

I'm glad others have piped up to say they don't like people parking outside their house, I even get annoyed when neighbours park on the pavement their own houses, blocks my view getting in an out.

Seriously, people are getting angry because they can't park on the road outside their house? You do realise you don't own it? Or are people just being lazy. You all sound like the neighbours in my Mums road.

I know I don't own the space on the road but we have an understanding on our street we park in the same place everyday I park my car under the streetlight my other car behind that then my dad parks his car behind that then the neighbour opposite parks next to his house. It's been like that for 30yrs and I really makes my shit itch when I get home from work and see someone who is visiting the people on the other side of the road who have empty driveways park where I park

What a complete bunch of pricks you lot really are.For fucks sake you dont own the road outside your house.People can park where they like on a public road wether thats outside your house or not makes no difference. The tax disc gives them that right.
If i lived near you id buy a shitter just to park it outside your house just for a laugh.
