Morning.

Nice Spence, we were looking at those before we bought the Honda. Cool little cars. Shame the interior isn't a bit more interesting.

Good price!

Remind me, does the roof come down while driving, like in the Astra TT or does the handbrake need to be engaged, like in the Peugeots?

Bet you can't wait for a bit of sun?

With handbrake up I do believe.
Couldn't get it working las tnight and was going mental.

Till I realised there is a tray in the boot that needs moving for the roof to go down

Who needs sun

I guess the tray in the boot is so the car knows the boot isn't too full to store the roof?

Yeah I think so, when the roof is closed, you push it back and the boot is massive. I think it is then the space for the roof to go.
Electric boot is cool too .

Drivers really well though, nice and smooth.

Coolant problem, had head gasket done, but hasn't solved it. May just put a recon engine in for £500 at worst case, or look at dumping a 1.8 in.

Still drives fine as long as coolant is kept topped up. 2005 plate though

How valuable is a reference if I already have another job? My boss is a complete cunt and underpaid me by nearly £200 so thinking of just going home now rather than wait until 5.

It might be pretty valuable if you decide to apply for something else while still at your new job.
