Hi all, here's a timeline of where my Corsa c began!
my brother bought this 1.0 club corsa in october 2006 as his first car......
the modding began pretty much immediately with little interior bits at first like painted centre console and metal window winders....
new speakers were installed in the front door and also tweeters, also some corsa stainless steel door sills and some sri seats much comfier than the standard ones!
to go with the new speakers an alpine head unit was also installed as the car only came with a tape player!
then some dial mats from an sxi, white instead of black that came standard with the car.
a sxi gear knob and hand brake were also installed to replace the standard black ones
blue footwell neons were fitted and a white led conversion for the centre console and dials
that was the interior pretty much done so then it was time to work on the exterior, first came some colourcoded door handles and boot handle.
the boot was also debadged as can be seen in the above pic.
the red rear lights were swapped over for some black ones from an sxi.
red ones....
black ones....
new wheels were bought off j19msd and fitted, they are kei racing pulse 17inch in hyperblack
some little touches to the exterior were also done like a 3rd light decal, honda s2000 aerial and some corsa c window stickers
replica sri mirrors were purchased and sprayed by jamie at sharpe concepts then fitted on to the car
My brother then decided to get some irmscher stuff for it, so some sideskirts were bought, a front splitter and spoiler these were all sprayed up and fitted by a local bodyshop, they also derubstripped the car at the same time, facelift headlights were also bought to replace the prefacelift ones....
the car was really beginning to come together now, an irmscher twin round exhaust was bought for it and fitted, this was the last mod my brother done to the car... this was stolen after being on the car for around 2 months so the standard one went back on.
at the end of 2009 my brother had saved enough for a new car and found what he wanted, so he bought a fiesta st and i bought the corsa off of him
this is how it stood when i bought it....
Then I began to make it the way I wanted.... I stored it in a garage for a year until I could drive, this gave me somewhere to work on it etc
half leather seats and door cards, the rears have been fitted but the fronts are still waiting due to a rounded bolt in the drivers seat meaning a bit of cutting and welding needed! doh! is what my brother left me with
irmscher rear was purchased from CM2C who had a fully irmy c az's old one. no pictures of this but you all know what one looks like
new irmscher twin round back box bought from M2C and fitted on by me.
Centre console tidied up with some carbon fibre vinyl cheers to agucalleddb
mirror black side repeaters thanks josh. just an overall pic but you can see the repeaters.
smoked facelifts, once again thanks josh. for a top job! they were then fitted back on.
just a couple of overall shots of it at the moment
And that is it so far, plan is to get the front leathers in sell the old sri seats. Am getting some fk ak's for christmas so will be lowered soon then just time to save for a colourcode and get my irmy rear on keep an eye on this thread in the new year!
Cheers

So the car has been in with my mates down at Dents Crash Repair specialist (josh. his dads bodyshop) work has been getting well underway for the cars exterior completion regarding paintwork.
Lots of time has been spent flatting down initially then primering then flatting again etc the front airdam took the most time due to being in terrible condition when i bought it. right time for another update,

the speedline turinis have now been taken off and tucked away for the winter and my winter wheels have now gone on the car. got them on ebay at a bargain price as some of you may know.

Right then update is a little later than planned but here goes.... I bought my second Corsa c at the end of April.... 1.8 Sri 03reg with 71k on clock for £2000 with recent Cambelt change and good history. Picked it up and soon began to realise how much it had been abused inside and out mechanically is fine. A dog had been in the car so nearly every panel was scratched too fook!
When I bought it.....
One side had been painted before in 147 instead of 157!
The bulkhead was also leaking but instead of getting it sorted they cut the carpet so they were able to lift it up and dry it out but didn't sort the leak! Dash was also scratched so within three days of having it I changed the carpet and dash....
After this it was then suspension bumpers and lights to swap etc....
After a good few hours with the help of a couple of good mates the Sri had all my bumpers on and was on the floor
Time for some four wheel laser alignment? I think so!
Next was to sort the leaky bulkhead with the help of my mate
I also installed josh' leather headlining And black pillars and my half leather seats speaker trims from
Joshes old car aswell as boot trims as these were scratched up too!
It was then time to hit the bodyshop
All painted time to flat and polish
Beginning the refit....
Almost done....
Finished...
There we are after about 6 weeks it is finished been a by f a project along the way but gave me something to do and enabled me to have a 1.8 as I wouldn't be able to insure a conversion would have been much easier if I could but meh! Every panel inside is from either my old car or joshes old Corsa so just shows to why extreme I've gone to just wanted it all perfect and I'd say it's 100% been worth it. Will be having service and new pads Monday then need to paint calipers and powder coat rocker cover etc but most is all done.
Hope you enjoy the update sorry it took a while
Few pics I found from trax 2012
So just a small update, most parts for the turbo kit have been purchased apart from the last few main bits.
More recently purchased a irmscher steering wheel off of 'my-first-c' it came with a sportsline badge as pictures below....
Decided I wanted an irmscher badge so took it off, got the wheel fitted for local regions meet though...
So found a badge on German eBay but with postage be around £11 was going to buy it but then tried a seller on eBay to see if he could make me one. He said no problem so for £3 I now have my badge. He forgot to do the silhouette of the car in red but is making another for free never the less I fitted the one he sent me.
Hope you all like the progress of the car sorry the read is rubbish, due to the fact I just copied it all from Corsa c uk.
Enjoy guys!

Cheers guys! Soft stars were nice but recently sold them to a mate, am going down the z18xe turbo route with the car and 4 pots wouldn't fit behind soft stars tested it out before. Has taken a couple of years to get to this level but I'm in no rush and inside and outside is pretty much done to me now. Just collecting parts for turbo kit hoping to have it on for pvs!

That with NathanR's corsa c is one of the best looking ive ever seen. Making me wish id have got a c instead of a b now.lol bumpers suit it well but cant help but think the wheels look small. On a b they would look right at home but they look abit lost in the c's archs. They do look good just look abit lost. And its your car and your doing what you wanted to do with it so ignore everyone like me.lol keep up the good work mate.

Believe me in person the wheels look spot on and fill the arches enough its the 40 profile tyres that make them look quite small. There 16 inch which IMO is perfect size for Corsa c. Thanks for kind comments be more updates coming soon. Stuff is always happening
