No problem. All the Leyton Orient fans will jump ship if you listen to Barry Hearn.

Have you seen how much the government is contributing to converting the stadium? £60m. I like West Ham a lot, consider them my second team but I dont agree with tax payers money being used here.

Do West Ham fans even want this? As far as I can see only Gold and Co want it. I'd hate to leave Upton Park if I was a West Ham fan. Proper ground.

My brother is a big West Ham fan and he is very much against it. Couple of others I know have commented on Facebook saying they are gutted.

If they wanna move forward they've got to move stadium, simple as that really.
Although its a rental agreement which worries me as the council will get money from match day revenue etc.
Filling it shouldn't be a problem if Gold and Sullivan stay true to their word and introduce lower ticket prices and 'bring football back to the common man' etc...

rather it's spent on business then feeding and keeping the baby making machines that are situated around that area.

Obviously massively PRO the move as it's on the website, but few little things on here... http://www.whufc.com/articles/20130322/olympic-stadium-qa_2236884_3118486
Mocked up images do make it look brilliant though. And surprise surprise, temporary seating will be there Despite everyone somehow being convinced it wasn't going to happen

3 stands are nice, and then you have the 1 shit looking stand with the pikey council flats behind.
Area around it is shocking also.

attendance stats for the season:
11 West Ham United (14)
played: 14
total: 485540
highest: 35005
average: 34681
capacity: 35647
%: 97.2%
8 Liverpool (7)
played: 15
total: 670425
highest: 44942
average: 44695
capacity: 45362
%: 98.5%
now i know liverpools capacity is 10k greater than ours, but worrying if we'll fill a stadium when our current one is near enough completely full every single game is ridiculous. olympic stadium capacity will be 54k afaik, and i'm sure if they reduce ticket prices then they'll fill that easily.
we aren't fucking wigan
