OK, well as i have mentioned before in a "what car should i get" thread i was putting my house up for sale. its been on the market for just over a month and we have just accepted an offer on it.
We have been viewing houses today and both of us have fell in love with a house that has had its garage converted into a games room. only thing i am concerned about is that i wont have a garage. although in saying all of that i would never really park my car in the garage anyway due to the size of it.
I have permission from the other half to fill the games room with my tool box's and almost anyhting i would be keeping in the garage.
http://www.rightmove.co.uk/property-for-sale/property-37278958.html the house in question.
what would you do ?

Lovely house, don't ruin it by putting tools in the games room keep it as a retreat if the other half is watching one born every minute or strictly come welding, or what ever shite is on these days. Get a good, secure shed for all your tools etc.

Room in a single garage is a better use of the space, but dont ruin it by storing junk, just buy a large shed.

I would leave as a room if you are not going to park the car in it.

Man room, I had one in the old house as mentioned, boss when she was watching shite on the tele. You'll only fill a garage with shite, get a shed.

You don't even get drive let alone a garage with this one.

This one has both, but twice the price.

how cheap lovely scenery out the back gardens aswell.
i'd keep it as a man room. tools get dirty and the whole place will end up looking like a bomb has gone off.

House looks lovely, has to be a garage for me though
You can turn any room into a "man" room, but there aren't many rooms you can park a car in

If it was just me and the misses we would be looking all over. We have selected this area due to the primary school that will be made available for my daughter. She starts P1 in August.
