With 44bhp and an auto box I'm not sure my car can get any more of a performance reduction from normal fuel anyway...
On that note isn't this the same stuff as Shell Optimax?

I got the same

My mate text me earlier saying he filled his car up with it yesterday and could actually tell the difference, reckoned it pulled better, I'll reserve my judgment till I've tried it!

Rumor was 104RON, but supposedly 99 octane, but 25% more friction modification.

Its not just vpower rebranded if its 99ron as vpower was 98 I thought.

Can't imagine a market for both products to exist together though.

They probably realised how much money they were losing to tesco's 99 Ron momentum.

I've been using Tesco stuff because it's cheaper, will continue to use it if it's cheaper.

v-power was 98 ron, was it not? bp ultimate was 97 ron, and tesco was the best at 99 ron.

nope...optimax was 98, then Vpower replaced it as 99 ron

"In the United Kingdom and Denmark (where Super Unleaded must be a minimum of 97 RON), V-Power has a rating of 99 RON (whereas V-Powers' predecessor Shell Optimax was rated at 98 RON). There is one other 99 RON fuel available in the UK, namely Tesco MOMENTUM99." Source:Wikipedia
