20 years old, cleaned em up, like riding a bike, I havent forgotten how to use them. The wheels have had a hard life though, the bearings dont fit snug in them anymore. Those Sims Two Tone wheels cost me £60 about 18 years ago, apparently they are still about the same price now!

There was a group of us that used to skate, we used to spend the best part of 6 hours a day on them 7 days a week. Kept us fit too at the time. Before the days of Playstation etc...

Didn't want to start slinging insults but no, it's because to be wearing roller skates over blades is in no way beneficial. The only reason you'd be wearing them is to be a contrarian wanker

Need hockey socks tucked between liner and boot, then pin the tongue down the front.

Love mine, made sure I bought a pair before they stopped selling them.

Ive got a pair of Roches in the loft, with some suregrip wheels. Im old enough to say blades wernt in demand when i used to skate. Did see them more and more before i stopped.

Always tempted to get them out for a blast but i dont want to look like a reet donkey, 32 years old flying about on quads with pink wheels. And probably bits of gravel stuck under my skin.

Had roller skates when I was younger, nothing fancy.

Kids around here starting to wear again. Back in fashion soon I think
