Fair play to him. I love that the DR told him to get a new hobby. Not only did he ignore that he stepped it up and started racing.

Sounds like a funny bloke too. Tattoo of himself being blown up on his back

Attention seeking prick, do you think there would even be a story about him if he had legs?

No, didn't think so.

No, if he had legs he would just be another man on a bike. So not as amazing really.

Reminds me of the paralympics, fair play respect to them as well. Better than sitting around the house with no legs and moaning about it.

Exactly, so why are the BBC wasting tax payers money writing storied about average bike riders just because they have no legs?

Is it to get other people with no legs doing things like riding a motorbike?

Fair play to him. I bet he has some serious down moments though .I have full respect for the army lads and more so for their 'get on with it attitude' . They must know when they go in that the risk is high . It's almost lamb to the slaughter really . Their pay is no where near enough in reflection to the risk. Also bit brave to bolt his boots to the pegs

They don't deserve any more respect than the people who work at McDonalds or in an office.
They're just ordinary people in a different line of work, doing what they want like the rest of us.

[/controversy]
