Radical driver IMO, there wasnt really a gap, he seemed to be trying to squeeze through. It's not a race.

Of course there was a gap, and the golf should have been watching his mirrors and moved right, left is correct over taking position there, and the golf should be watching for it.

that is also one of the longest straightest fastest parts of the track. Id expect to go past slower stuff there

Although the radical could've waited to make a move. Very avoidable.

The radical hits the golf, on the road it would be his fault

If your driving like a granny and not checking your mirrors properly then its 100% the golfs fault. Over tsking on the left and he clearly didnt look before moving over. How do you know the radical driver wasent built like a brick shithouse?

If you want to apply a road situation to it, then its like going past someone on a dual carraigeway for them to suddenly decide they want to be in that lane and cut across into you without looking

I actually agree with steve. The golf driver even looked suprised it happened after moving over pretty much the whole width of the road without even checking his mirrors.

And then you hitting the back of them so its still your fault..

Golf looks like hes taking that line, radical should ease off and go past after the bend instead of going for a tiny gap, causing a big high speed accident and then driving away with out giving two fucks about the people hes just shunted into a wall

This. The Golf driver should have been over to the right on what was pretty much a straight bit of road. No etiquette for anyone else on track.

Golf's fault mainly for leaving so much space then closing the gap. Golf definitely had plenty of time to know the Radical was there. Radical could have prevented it by being more cautious and I think he should have stopped.

Is it courtesy on ring to move right for faster people? Only driven on tracks here and always hung left. (Makes sense them driving opposite side to move right)

It's a bit 50/50

Golf should have seen and stayed right to let radical pass on left.

Radical could obviously see what was happening and waited.

Radical driver should have stopped, his push on the golf initiated the spin no matter who's fault it was.
