Seems a tad cringe worthy to be honest. It's all well and good having a laugh like that, but it seems to be ending in tears with this hiding the tea bags business

Talk about taking your job too seriously. She's a tea bitch

He knows his staff, and what type of people most of them are, so he knows how to motivate them and get the best from them.

Very switched on guy.

This. It's a balancing act between retaining authority and respect but building good relationships with them. He's got it nailed with his workforce of mostly young Chavs.

Had to laugh at the paddy the tea lass threw when they hid her teabags.

But in all honesty how does he get away with some of that shit in todays culture...?

What it is important to realise is there is probably a hire and fire culture there which they did not show.

I work in a business of about 15 but we turnover in excess of £5m. As a result I'm very accountable for my actions and what I bring to the business.

With them it is just a numbers game but he still didn't seem to have much care for their performance or what they cost him. For example taking someone off the phones to just make tea is a massive overhead, but yes does "motivate" the workforce.

imho the programme was completely mediated and only shows one side of the coin.

I wouldn't like to work there in a sales role.

how annoying would it be if your boss paraded you around asking men if theyd go out with you?

also, i wonder how much its cost him to throw stuff at new staff. if i started at a new gaffe and the ceo threw something at my head on the first day id have him in court.
