My friend and I just rented this house on the Kings Road... sadly I'm going to be swapping the Emirates for Stamford Bridge but you can't have everything I suppose :/
I can't link the pics unfortunately :\

You don't buy somewhere in London, not unless you're properly minted or are happy to live in a shithole. In any case, I'm hoping to move to the States next Summer or the one after that
It is very expensive (although we aren't paying the full asking price) but location is amazing, the place is huge and it's basically a proper house... the downstairs is a quaint little doorknob shop (lol) then top 2 floors are completely ours plus its well kitted out Move in early August

that looks wonderfully decorated, but that is mental money to throw away
agreed on the buying in london thing though, few people i know live in east london and even shit houses there go for crazy money, in proper shitholes.

I wouldn't say that was too excessive considering location. Looks a nice place bet you can't wait!

Looks reasonable enough for on Kings Road!! I've seen some silly rental prices for there. Decent area to be in too. Loads of Sloaneys everywhere you'll fit right in!!

Agreed about the buying in London too. You'll pay 250k for a half decent small two bed apartment but it'll be in a shit hole. Anything decent in a decent area is a lot more.
