the head blew last week and iv lost storage down the unit... paid for another engine (due today) had an accident getting it off the trailer which resulted in the roof being dented quite bad and the windscreen shattering...

still need to put the x30xe to use after a bit work so will be getting another one after iv built a drive

scrap mans just took her, got £20

not bad considering the life shes had. 13 owners, front end shunt, 5 nearly 6 engines and made the uk's fastest all motor fwd, europes 8th all motor fwd

I always said it was crap but you proved to people that you can do it and got some ace times for what it cost you. Didn't last long but I suppose it was never going to be a long time build. Fair play for doing what you did.

For a Corsa website people are pretty negative towards someone who built a fucking quick car out of very little. Shame that one died but I'm sure you'll build better,quicker one.

surely if your going to spend the time to do a conversion and intending to use it as you did, it would have only been common sense to change them
