I just saw this on another forum.

It's a free app called Speech Jammer, check out the video of the guy using it

If you try it, you'll need half decent noise cancelling headphones so you can't hear your own voice.

I used the kind of in ears that go all the way in the ears and shuts out most other sounds, worked a charm. By that I mean my speech was completely incomprehensible.

Missus is somewhat immune to it, so might be that it doesn't work on everyone.

The record feature is nice. Sounds even worse on playback than you perceive it.

Wife, sis and brother in law are all pretty much immune.

I sound like I'm having a stroke when it's on.
