Maybe the wheels he wanted are multi fit, and maybe now he has the wheels he wants to know if he can blank the other holes?

sounds like a good idea. Always hated the spare holes on multi-fit wheels.

Get some plastic caps the right size and just glue them in and paint, means you'd be able to knock them out if you ever need to. Other option would be to find a place that'll weld them up then dress them smooth

measure the distance then buy generic push in bungs in that size off ebay, then paint
