So the missus really didn't like the fact I down-graded her from an SLK to a C1 (even though it was nearly new), She decided she wants a MINI so I thought I'd teach her a lesson as we all know they have gearboxes made of toffee and it will be typically "bmw" unreliable:

As a result this was picked up for a mere £2.5k.. I suppose something is only a bargain if you really want it? meh!






Its only a ghey Mini One, but its got the Areo/JCW bits.. She fucking LOVES IT.. I think its shit.

Any other details on the car to break down the "bargain" part?? Thought genuine Mini Coopers could be had for that price anyway??

Looks alright that.

Just the roof flag/roof colour and stripes don't match (imo). The exhaust 'out' aswell or just the photos?

early gearboxes were a problem but the 2004> getrag 6 speed box is actually quite strong and much improved

Different colour roof too unless it's a wrap or been painted of course. I assume you would know if it had a cooler ontop of the engine though

It's not, it's a One.

I was only saying i couldn't see any of the parts because he said it has them. Can tell it's not a Cooper S/JCW by the front bumper and lack of spoiler.

Any pics of the inside?? If its got the leather/alcantara gear knob and gaitor or the hand brake lever just sell them on as they tend to fetch a bit and she wont know any different
