Not sure why gold and brown is the best colour combo. I'd be having a green 280.

I agree.

It is mint, and I love Capris, but unless it's something special like a Tickford then I don't see the point...

Or like restoring a fairly average 90s coupe with moon miles, like say... a Corrado?

Horses for courses and all that

No wonder this site is quiet, personal attacks against people's cars and bullying.

Perfect example of why hardly anyone bothers on here now. Full of jealous or bitter, or just generally angry and spoiling for a fight, cunts.

Capri is lovely, would take it over a fucking corrado any day.

Oyster gold is by far the nicest colour for a capri IMO.

How can the car be 1 elderly owner from new? Might of been a racer 34 years ago and thrashed those miles out of it? its a 1.6 so maybe not thrashed. Also 6000 miles in 9 months is pretty high isnt it?

Ignoring comments in here..

Its a bloody good listing, I simply don't have the time to read it all, but what I read was brilliant.

It'll go for loads, but it is a quite special car.

Looks ace, I'd have that.

There was a boggo Nova posted a while back which had done no miles since ever, was in some old biddy's garage or something. That was similarly impressive.

Christ, they do go on a bit don't they

And it couldn't have been a three litre 'S' in silver with black interior could it

That said, if I was capable of obtaining that car, I would. It must be as tight as a drum. Bet it smells lovely inside too.

The only thing that grinds my gears, is that it's always some slippery poxy, profit hungry dealer that manages to get his hands on these types of cars.
It's never an ordinary bloke who's always fancied one, who manages to secure it for a fair price and then keep it and use & enjoy it for what it is, rather than some greedy c*nt picking the pockets of all the overpaid, gullible mugs on ebay.

Imo its only cool in a weird modern internet Facebook way. Like boys wearing girls jeans and haircuts like cartoon characters. Those people will say its cool. But never own something remotely like it. Probably driving a 3yr old fiesta with a suitcase on the roof instead.
