Has anyone else had problems with text displaying in different sizes on a mobile device? I keep getting this happening on my phone -
Any ideas how to resolve it?

I can't replicate it, there's no change in the text size instruction between the posts, and nothing in the previous posts or sigs which would do it.
What is the device and browser?

Sony Xperia Z1 via Chrome (system default browser) CS is the only forum it's happening on. I had a quick search on the issue and there are a couple of other people having the same issues from various android devices but there is no answer as to what causes it

How frequently do you see it? At points in all threads?
The page is a fairly complex table which might be filling memory or something. I don't really even have a workaround short of removing bits of structure.

It's an issue with Android Chrome as it happens on other sites. What's worse is it can be fine in one version and then an update comes along and bodges it again.
Try a different browser (the AOSP browser is spot on tbh).

It does it on every thread Ian. Its not ideal but I can live with it.
I would prefer to stick with Chrome if possible because I have it synced with my laptop. I'll give the AOSP browser a testdrive though

That's not saying that iPhone renders CS flawlessly.
Either way you look at it, a website not looking the same on all devices/browsers is a coding issue, not a device issue.

Does Chrome have the Inspector on Android? Or is there something similar that could help determine the source of the issue?

You can debug it remotely on a PC but not from the phone itself.

Posted a screenshot of this issue on my Nexus 4 about 6 months ago.

You don't post screenshots of all the Safari issues, you even doctor the Safari screenshots not to show the issues

Regarding my comment in that link:

Ash, just noticed you've cheated with the CS screenshot on the previous page.
I was wrong!
Safari on iOS 7 does indeed render the front page of CS with a cut off menu bar.
On all child pages it does what it has always done and renders the page at the with of the menu bar, meaning some 20 % or so unused space on the right.
Sorry for wrongfully accusing you Ash!

As said, it's an issue with Chrome - do a Google on 'Chrome Font Boosting'. It's supposedly only affects dynamic containers and setting max-height/max-width on containers is, again, suppose to prevent it happening (never had it happen on my stuff so no idea if it works or not).
