Been offered a swap for a toledo on the xsara, going to view sometime durimg the week, any pointers? Its a typical ni car sitting on its arse etc if that weakens anything?

Do they leak water in the back like leons do?

They do leak water. If its been lowered it'll have loads wrong and drive like a bag of spanners. Had a remapped one that always seemed much quicker than the 140ish it should have had.

What is the fascination with crappy cars? Is it really just to be seen to be "cool" ?

I don't mean any offence as we all have periods of driving around in a shed, but for most it is out of necessity. You just seem to love them

Probably not a lot really, it should certainly be better than the paper bag you are currently riding round in

Toledo is just the dad's version of a Leon I'm guessing? Although tbh the Leon looks more practical with a hatch instead of that boot, but I guess you arent interested in that!

Looks much better than the xsara. Even if it drives like shit and the diffs hanging its arse off get it swapped. Should snap his hand off infact.
but fair play for driving what you want and not a corsa on speedlines.
