Had sex last night, then took apart my sound system i use for music and its now broken more than it was so need to get something new.

Thinking of getting this.

https://www.google.co.uk/#q=samsung+mm-e460d&tbm=shop

Anyone any experience of it, not sure i can be arsed to spend a load of money on Hi-Fi separates and speakers.

Save the money you're planning on spending on a Hi-Fi and put it towards a deposit on your own place, then you can move out and have as much noisy sex as you like, with or without slow jams in the background.

edit: Bollocks - Balling did that joke already.

Richersounds and as Alun pointed out

Edit - Alternatively hit up eBay; can get secondhand Rotel gear quite cheap and paired with decent speakers it'll be pretty decent
And no, i wouldn't get that Samsung; if it has to be a mini-system then something from Pioneer, Denon and the likes.

Just been looking at a Yamaha AS-500, gets mixed reviews, seems a load of ball ache choosing speakers, then some say you need a sub. Quickly becoming £500+

Get yerself a pair of these Jim. They'll sound better. You'll need some reasonable gear to run them though...

Going to look at this at lunch time

http://www.sevenoakssoundandvision.co.uk/p/nad-c-316bee-amplifiermonitor-audio-bronze-bx1-speakers/packages_hi-fi-packages?pp=96

But with the BX2 speakers as they don't have BX1 in stock.

Will probably buy it tbh

Decided i would spend that much on the car without questioning so may as well buy something semi decent.

Reading reviews all week on hifi's etc and it just got me doubting every one i look at, its as if they are describing a wine of an oil painting. "Warm bassy notes and a floral bouquet of treble" etc etc

Take along three different pieces or types of music that you really love and take your time.

Nad are really nice amps.

If at all possible, you might want to demo an Arcam equivalent while you're there, with some similar sized (preferably larger) small bookshelf B&W speakers too Jim.

Give your ears a treat.

Can see the wallet potentially taking a pounding though
