I'm looking to paint the Landrover with a matte finish, and heard rollering it on with a fine sponge roller can give good enough results for matte.

Toms already given me some good advice regarding paint and activators etc, and a link to a paint supplier but I find the supplier sites hardwork and confusing for people who aren't painters like myself. So instead of keep pestering tom I thought I'd share my questions.

All these supplier sites seem to work on paint codes and vehicle details only. Im assuming they mix the colour you specify. What I need is somewhere that can offer a range of premixed colours that you can choose from a colour swatch or whatever, supplied in a container or tin.

Any ideas?

I have found some on ebay that is in a range of colours, it says it's cellulose based though, what does that mean? It's shit? Also 2k paint, is that the stuff you use with activator?

Yes, 2K or 2 Part Acrylic is the stuff you have to use a hardener with..

You'll need LOTs of rollers if you're going to use that
