Anybody done this before? Decided to attempt it this year, in the process of getting a team together. I think we are going to South West, August 16th.
Really need to start training as I've been out of the gym and only exercise is playing football every week!

I fancied that one but a mate of mine doesn't think he will be fit enough in time! We are doing a mini version of it near where I live in April and then the real thing in August

Thanks Steve J Williams. U know that United are two points better off than Arsenal after 24 games last year? Not bad for a terrible season, you can take that info into a football thread if you like lad!

Good luck collecting the same number of points from now until the end of the season as we did last season

I'm doing Mens Health Survival of The Fittest in November which is basically a 10km version.
Isn't TM about 12miles?

I've done,
http://www.totalwarrior.co.uk/
A few times. I did the 10 mile in 2012 straight after my last 12 nightshift (stupid idea)
Then last year I did the super double (10k & 10mile) another stupid idea.
All in all they're a fucking horrible experience, but, they're strangely addictive. Brilliant atmosphere a loads of fit girls in wet spandex and Lycra. That for me was a surprising bonus tbh...

Man up!
I did the whole London South 12 Mile last year dressed like this, with no training at all.
It is more your mind set than your fitness.
Was great fun. Best was the Ice Pit

There is one called Berlin Wall.
About 15ft high walls.
Women line up needing help, you 'have' to push their arses over.
Horrible experience...honest...

No never, just seems a good crack for a group of mates to do, and be an achievement once done

Guessing you didn;t get him Jim?
I got hit and it wiped my legs out. Much worse than the electric ell (where it is like a cargo net and you crawl through) I kicked arse at that one.
But the shock therapy wiped me out.
