So going to be placing an order this week but can't decide between colour and engine...

Going for a Ford Focus Zetec S now I really like the panther black but also white, I no white is getting very common but they do look good in white... A little help It will be getting spec'd with the optional 18' wheels and privacy glass to compliment the extirior styling.

The other decision is the 1.6TDI 105/105BHP not sure which one you can have or 2.0TDI 163, want to get a decent MPG return but also have some fun now and then which the 160 would allow. Do you think real world MPG figures are that different between the 2? Book states around 70 combined for the 1.6 and 60 for the 2.0

They're both very common colours, as they're very common cars. Just buy what you prefer

I like this colour on the newest Zetec-S - looks much better in the metal too. Wasn't sure until I saw one though admittedly.

That blue is nice not sure what it'd be like on the focus, the red is also nice think this time round ill go black with the privacy glass and 18's when it comes round to replacing it can always get a different colour then.

It's the engines that baffling me I no book figures are massively over rated, Chaz what MPG do you get out of the Kuga? I no it's a different car bigger ect ect but roughly?

I take it you are financing this car. In which case, go for the white. You will hate black after 2 years.

Was considering midnight sky blue or micastone but just went for black in the end.

After owning a White BMW previously I was sick of White.

Why does everyone make so much fuss about MPG? Just buy a car you enjoy driving, fuck MPG.

Don't get black

White is easier to maintain

When you travel 30k a year mpg plays quite a deciding factor in the car...saying that the kuga is screwing me over! I was hoping for low 40s

A heavy 4wd suv surely wasn't the best choice for doing 30k a year?
