Long Run is a great horse, not sure he's a national horse, but he's a fave of mine in general

I have just drawn Balthazar King in the sweepstake.

I will be doing my usual £10 spread over 5 horses with varying odds.

Is that because John Parrott and Colin Murray suggested it? I'll be on that, Long Run, and something at bigger odds I think

Got Chance du Roy in sweep at work.

Love it when the National comes around, usual people at work handing out "tips" like they know what they're on about - and didn't just read something on the paddy power website

Well...

Bet365 are offering half your stake back on EW bets on the National, which will be refunded by the time I wake up tomorrow morning, so if i've read it correctly, you essentially get the placing for free.

So, gone for Burton Port, Long Run, Big Shu, Mountainous, One in a milan, Rose of the moon - all £2.50ew. Unfortunately they're all shorter odds than available elsewhere, but (I hope) I'm getting them for half stakes

Got £30 in my PP account too, so i'll decide what to do with that tomorrow

I used my 365 account and got my money straight away. So bet a tenner each way and get a tenner back.
