I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Seen this loads this week. Some guy on corrado forum advertising them. £100 for some laser etched cad drawing. Did think I could do it myself tbh. Will do a corrado at some point.

I have been tempted to do a corrado one as not seen many decent corrado cad drawings about and i know they would be popular on the corrado forum.
Must be a way for him to make them more unique, it is just a cad drawing really, some of the house plans we do look nice as a drawing.
I have wondered about drawing up famous buildings and selling them on ebay, i know some old architects prints are popular as art work.

So yes, definitely new to the internet.

As I said, there's not really anything I can do to stop you producing them at the moment, but if you were going to start doing them for people it's a bit of a kick for me while I'm running the Kickstarter to set up my own business, that's all.
So his "business plan" is shot to bits if a single person launches a competing product?
And if he's worried that a 5 minute product could compete with his 6 hour product, then maybe he is spending excessive time on production.
And 6 fucking hours? Does he not realise you can get line art of any production car? Anybody with basic understanding of Adobe Illustrator should be able to do these in a couple of hours using a pre-drawn base and then quickly sketch out wheels/modifications to make it "unique".
