The fact there is even a debate is worrying and itself explains the ridiculous manoeuvres I see on a daily basis.

Fucking yes. Some wankers on the z4 forum blamed it all on the Lambo without even seeing a video.
Can't wait to show the tossers this.

Clearly the Mazdas fault. But you have to laugh and these fools driving supercars like twats around London. Not saying this particular driver was going too fast, but a lot of videos you do see is of them twatting it up some high street showing off.

The law will say Lambos fault because it was going to fast (probably)
However, about time clueless fucking imbeciles who create hazards and thus accidents should be punished. Should be NCB and SFT awards. SFT means stupid fucking twat, for pulling out without looking, crashing whilst using your phone or talking to passenger.
The exact same thing happened to me today. Old bag saw me coming just fucking pulled out anyway. Useless old cunt. I was pootling along, if I had been going quicker would have 100% hit her.
People who drive slow think they are immune to accidents.

I hate the people that sit there waiting to pull out, see you getting closer and closer and then decide they want to pupp out.
Cuntssssss! I can imagine their brain waiting for the hamster to get back on it's wheel.

Either sucked someone off for it or bought it. I'd say both.

No, the law will still say it was the Mazda's fault. Whilst the Lambo was clearly going quickly, what if that was an Ambulance/Police/Fire Brigade which the Mazda had pulled out in front of.

50/50.
Lambo was doing more than 30mph.
Mazda pulled out without looking properly, probably wasn't expecting a car to be travelling that fast and probably only looked for cars up to the distance of a typical 30mph danger range.
50/50 I'd say.

I will send an ms paint opinion diagram to the insurance companies in case I think of something they haven't.

Its not 50/50. The Lambo was more than likely speeding, yes. However, the Mazda should not have pulled out in front. Misjudging someone's speed is not an excuse. That could just have easily been a cyclist. The Mazda clearly hasn't looked properly, they've looked once and pulled out.

May I go against the grain here and say that for me, the Lambo contributed more to that accident than the Mazda did?
All very well saying you were on a main road and someone entered it but when I read statements like that I wonder in what world you can both anticipate something and simultaneously ignore it.
Watch this video, you can see the scene a bit better.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2rxG4b3qOHo
You only need to see how far the Lambo has travelled from the junction to guess its speed, plus the damage to the BM. Plus in the original video its clearly under load immediately prior to the crash.
Mazda has made the decision to enter the carriageway well in advance of the original video starting. I would think if you got 20 seconds previously you'd see the Mazda making a correct observation and committing having made the decision that it was safe.
Had the Lambo appeared and the Mazda took evasive action, is the Mazda still a nob? If I'd committed to join and had to slam on, at no point would I be thanking the guy for appearing so damn fast.
Very much doubt if that was a near-miss video that the Mazda driver would be getting shit. He'd be praised for stopping in the circumstances and the Lambo would be the one who looked a nob. But because he isn't able to evade, his is the only contribution? Doubt it personally.
If you speed around residential streets, that's what's going to happen.

I think you missed my point. The Mazda is clearly at fault, however logic and reason are usually lost in situations like this and ends up being the fault of someone like Mr Lambo

In fairness, London drivers are shit. Both are in the wrong, but ultimately, Mazda caused it.
