I need my front coilovers set up, as they're on adjustable
TOP mounts the mounts will have to be undone, spun round and done up again until it's perfect in line.

Then camber and tracking, how much would you estimate this to be?

I had a full alignment done on my mx5 on Saturday for £85, apparantly everything was adjustable on it so £85 was the most expensive it could be

If it's anything like mine it will transform the car. Mine was pulling all over the place under very hard braking, left side locking up before the right etc

Now it's perfect and I have much more confidence driving it

Like a different car. Brakes are still spongy so had to be very careful and just limp home. Brakes feel at about 80%

What brakes have you got? I'm not a fan of those kits but I know some people swear by them.

If you havnt driven the car much recently I'd put my money on a decent drive taking it easy, then some hard breaking (80-0) sorting them right out

Yes you can, take it out on the motorway and do some hard braking coming off the slip road. If there's no air in the front brakes they just need a good hard run in

Good advice, will try and bleed again anyway, incase still some air, but I had both calipers off and then both slave cylinders needed changing too, so plenty of air could have got in

Doing bottom ones. If I do top ones isn't enough space to get hose over the nipple

Wait, do you mean on same nipple? As each nipple has two places to undo it

W at the bottom.

I have the bleed nipples at top of caliper.

If you look at the bleed nipple there is two
Places to undo it, the base or near the top.
I undone it as the base

In that picture you have shown, there is only one place that the you can turn to open the bleed nipple and that's on the nipple itself at the point which is closet to the Caliper itself.

There is your problem you need to undo the tiny nipple part of it or it will draw air into the system, get the right size spanner for it and stick a hose over it

Toby, can you see the other part which a small spanner could fit on?

Ben, I will buy a set of small spanners and try this.

Why would it make a difference though?
