Thought I'd make a project thread just to keep up to date.
These cars are my dream cars wanted one since the year dot.
My dad has three cavaliers, which probably is where I get the love of them from.
The spec of the cavalier is nothing ground breaking but I prefer a standard example.
Engine wise there is a dump valve and a scorpion 3" exhaust system.
Koni shocks and springs all round
Vauxhall mudflaps
Heko wind deflectors
Apart from that it's pretty standard.
Did have a full restoration on it a few years ago at vauxhall (yet to receive pictures but I've seen them)
There's no rust what so ever.
Plans are to keep it tidy
Service it
New pads all round and brake fluid
Sort the tracking
New head unit
Fix the speakers on the drivers side
Treat the leather
Use it !!
Here are the pics when I went to look at it

Thanks guys !
Tom - I gave enough so that I can't finish my corsa b this year
M Bierne - Cheers I agree with you on that one
Jimbothebarbarian - I hope so
Taylorboosh - As far as I'm aware the underneath is spot on. When it went to vauxhall to be restored anything that needed doing was done, I've had a look underneath and it all looks very solid.
Jambo - Thanks I don't think I'll be respraying it anytime soon wouldn't mind more power it's got 218bhp atm though

Went over yesterday to Hoover out the turbo and give it a clean.
This has been annoying me how it's missing, quick look around my garage and I found a spare corsa cover from my white b
Got a new trip clock as the button has broke on the one fitted
Gave the seats a good clean
Bought some leather colour restorer to do the drivers bolster.
I did some practicing on my dads cavs before I had a go with the turbo
Drivers seat before
And after
Passenger seat before
And after
And finished
Came up like new can't wait to do the turbo seats was dark by the time id my dads seats
Gave the engine bay a good clean

Looks like an excellent find, really like it. I can't imagine cav turbos in any other colour, and it's weird seeing all those parts not in a corsa
