Makes sense.
Now it's all online, doing 6/12 months from any start date is far easier and much fairer to the road user making the purchase.
Unlikely to happen though, not in the near future anyway.

Created by you
This is how it should be, but I imagine they decided to do it this way to make more money...

The monthly period is a compromise based on producing discs.
With no discs that compromise is removed.
I think its time to ask for it daily.
12 signatures in 53 minutes is shit, this affects everyone who buys or sells a car on any day other than the 1st of a month.
Or anyone who takes a car off the road or puts it back on the road.
Basically anyone who taxes a car is potentially losing money to a legacy compromise.
12 signatures in 53 minutes indeed.

Usually don't do stuff like this but it seems like common sense and a fairly sensible idea, so signed

It's now on VXR online
As full of retards as it is there, it's a busy forum even from non-VXR owners, so could spread further.

Can I get the link? On an iPad just now and I can't even type in the quick reply because the keyboard obscures it, never mind open more windows and go to strange forums. Ta

I agree that it is kind of cheeky of them, however...with all these low emission £0.00 tax cars driving around they need to make up that loss in car tax somewhere...so it sort of seems logical? Yes we pay alot of taxes here in the uk for various things...but we also get alot of great services. So I personally think it's justified. Just my opinion...i'm open to change if someone can give some more compelling evidence to why's it's bad.
