I think my neighbour is driving without a license.

The fact he hasn't doesn't bother me as it's he's life but he's driving around with he's step son in the car (my son's friend). I really wanna day something to him but want to know 100% as don't wanna look like a cunt.

How can I check.

Unfortunately having a license isn't the same as having the basic skills required to drive.

The opposite is true as well, though, so I'd just ignore it.

Why do you suspect him in the first place?

Are you worried he will fill his Ford Escort with £25 worth of petrol, then leg it without paying and go on a 100mph rampage down the M2, at one point going around a roundabout the wrong way, cheekily reversing into a police car before eventually crashing into a telegraph pole?

Much as I'd like to take credit, unfortunately it was a piece of piss due to you having:

a) disclosed your criminal record and specific details about it on the internets - people remember that shit!
b) been quite specific about your location on your profile.
c) included your real name in your email address. Consider choosing not to display it on your profile (hit the "My Profile" link top right > Edit Profile > Edit Profile - Options > untick "Make My Email Address visible to others?")
d) used your actual year of birth in your username so as to make it easy to determine that in 2006 when the offences were carried out you would have been 20 (bit late now)

Simply googling, "john best gravesend dangerous driving" returned the news article posted earlier.

To prevent internet cunts like myself dredging up stuff from the past, you might like to avoid doing the above in future.

On a more serious note, there is no way of checking. Vehicle details are avilable on the interweb, personal details such as a driving licence are protected by the data-protection act. The only way really to do it is speak to a member of the local force, tell them your suspicions and they will conduct a PNC - once you've told them/asked the question though, its then in their hands.
